The underlying technology is old like 10 years old. The management is milking every dime from old solutions. They acknowledge issues, but don't have any plans to improve, because they have their delivery goals on per customer basis. They do scrum, but it is not scrum. They have project management, but it varies depending on a specific project manager. You will be assigned a product with old code base and no help whatsoever. Good luck. It is a good place to get paid while you are looking for a real job. Don't stay any longer than you need to find a replacement.
