      no work life balance, management ruled with carrots and sticks, they do not treat their employees as humans, they would rather some one face discomfort than they lose profit margins. They weren't even innovating enough to be successful. honestly when I left I felt as if a weight had lifted off of me.

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.
