      The marketing organization is great. There are a lot of great people in the organization who really care about trying to do the right thing.

      Executive management is so far removed from the business that they don't know how to fix the problems. The product is so complex it is impossible to get properly installed, and the software is extremely buggy each new release. Customers don't like how hard it is to do business with the company.

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.
