Absolutely no career path or training. If you like droning along for years then this is the place for you. Middle management suffers from a revolving door syndrome and senior management is completely disconnected from the rest of the work force. New directors and VP get "hired" in new positions on a regular basis, while the workforce struggles to carry on with new projects and shrinking resources. There are no processes in place for projects or any task definitions. Everything is an escalation and everyone is running around to deliver due to a severe lack of direction. The solution to this? More management fueled by nepotism.
