Overall good strategy and roadmap for products. Some really hard working employees.

Svantaggi

Micromanagement is extremely prevalent in sales and technical teams. Leadership hates to be questioned. Expect yearly churn. The beatings will continue until morale improves is the name of the game. Culture is dull and employees are desensitized to the poor leadership. Stock price keeps plunging and there is little to no diversity in executive team and board of directors.

Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.
