VP has a fantastic collaborative team environment where everyone helps each other succeed. The work is constantly challenging, offering real opportunities to grow professionally. I appreciate that leaders genuinely welcome employee inputs and ideas, which makes your voice feels heard.

It's definitely a fast-paced environment. You need to be prepared to jump in quickly and manage multiple priorities at once.

- Some employees are very well compensated - Remote work with minimal travel - There are a few fantastic leaders sprinkled in the team - Most employees are driven and dedicated to doing great work, a lot of talent in the delivery team - Benefits are decent and continue to improve over time - Company is intentional in trying to act on employee survey feedback

- BYOD (there is a small monthly technology stipend) - Mid level management are out of touch with the work and employees lack trust in these leaders - Young and rapidly growing company that lacks sharing (or knowing?) strategic direction w/employees - Tools and processes struggle to keep up with rapid change, feels chaotic, and employees lose valuable time trying to keep up with half baked changes - Compensation policies change often and are complex/hard to understand - Promotions and performance ratings process is not consistent & has bias - Very utilization driven company and comp plans. Work is not evenly distributed.
