This was my first job right out of college back in 2012. I was so happy to have landed a plump CTC but as soon as I joined the company, I realized what a fraud the whole system was. To be fair, I learnt the invaluable skill of surviving alone in the corporate world and never letting anyone take me for a ride at verity.

Terrible work hours, harassment and bullying by seniors that the management condone. As I said I was employed by the organisation more than a decade ago but I can see nothing has changed as Sirisha and Nihit are still there. Those two have zero morals and would do anything to line their pockets. They are everything that's wrong with the company. My mother had a stroke and I had to leave the organisation to take care of her but they did not let me do it. It's an exploitative place, so please pursue your masters if you got this job after bachelor's or if you're an MBA join another company.
