      Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits after 2019 were excellent. Every day had new challenges which kept things interesting and evolving.

      Disorganized, significant delays in establishing much needed policy which created frustration between departments. Lacking of accountability and consistency in expectations from executive and director level management. Compensation packages and pay increases significantly under market value for various positions. Inconsistent pay increases or complete lack of. Poor work life balance.

      You have to be a hard worker and be willing to take on new challenges to be successful. You have to be able to stay on track and task.

      -learned a lot about property management -you get commission (after 90 days) -the tenants are awesome

      -besides a quick training week you get thrown in on your own and that causes a lot of confusion not just for you but for your tenants. -IF they ever pay you your commission -lack of management - when I worked there it was more of being scared of getting fired all the time since there was such a high turnover rate -most of the turnover was from employees quitting due to high stress
