      - After the company was sold to the new shareholders, they did a layoff despite the very good financial results that had occurred in the year before. There was no proper criterion for who would be part of the layoff, and many great colleagues were fired in this process. The company C level is still lost regarding the plans for the future and the changes that it implies. It feels that the company culture and the motivation from most people is gone.
