Very political and it is all about who you know, not if you are qualified to do the job. Many positions in the company are not needed and they have begun to recognize this. Layoffs are frequent and has changed the culture to one of fear among the employees. You can be a top performing employee and they will all turn their backs on your if your position is cut. Leadership is trash.
If you decide to take a job here, milk it for all it is worth and always have an exit strategy. Don't expect to advance unless you are willing to relocate all over the country and get very up close and personal with leadership.
