Great introductory period, onboarding team made everything look great and feel very inclusive.

Once onboarding was complete, lower and senior management were very disconnected and did not support team members or concerns on any level of team requirements. Opportunities for advancement were always promised "when the doors open" but never displayed any roadmap or necessary requirements or pathways to better prepare or ensure possibilities of gaining any advancement out of entry level positions. Senior management only cared for sales and adding on "perks" or features to consumer accounts, even under the guise of technical support teams whose calls were primarily for incidents where a customer had no interest in spending more money on a service that was not currently working up to the standards of which they were currently paying money for.
