-Hustle culture is not just encouraged — it's expected, and it flows directly from senior leadership. Work-life balance is essentially non-existent on the marketing team -The CMO is deeply in the weeds, which creates a trickle-down effect across the team. If you're hoping for strategic leadership and visibility from above, you may be disappointed -Manager availability is inconsistent at best.
