Nice - Recensione dipendente - Front Desk Receptionist presso Vermilion

Beautiful venue and great location!

The owner daily mistreats and undermines her entire staff, except for her favorites. She sits in her office in Chicago and just watches the security monitors all day to see if she can catch someone doing something wrong. She has redefined the word micromanager!! She sets unrealistic goals and sets up employees for failure, while presuming working 15 hours days is normal. If yelling and intimidating doesn't work, she will have a soap opera moment and start crying to get her way. She has hired/fired over 50 Event Directors in just 4 years and have refused to pay their commissions.

None, bad experience all together

Owner will yell at you on spot in front of everyone for no reason. No training, expectations were unreal, toxic environment!!! I have seen her fire people within the ONE week I was there...I walked out after being yelled at everyday.
