      VSI has some truly great employees and great customers. However, new ownership is driving them away.

      VSI sold to Clubessential in Jan 2020 which has lead to a massive reduction in total compensation and employee morale. After laying off many employees (not because of COVID-19) they have slashed everything good about VSI. VSI was a great place to work through 2019, now I would not recommend it to anyone.

      As a result of the acquisition, VSI has made changes to the business that have been paused as a result of Covid. We are looking forward to continuing to build relationships with customers and employees as we get back to rolling out our plans for benefits, compensation, and more incentives in the near future.

      Look, I liked working here. I loved the company culture. Right up until I was fired due to my ADHD.

      Despite performing exceptionally well, hitting the goals set out for me, providing superior help for the team, I was fired for "not meeting expectations" because I had a couple of days where my focus was not where it should have been and I was honest with my manager. My recommendation: don't be honest with your manager about your disability. They will fire you for it. Illegally, I might add.
