People here are great, the culture is great, management is caring and supportive

Pay could be better, but they have pathways to move up and seem to genuinely care about the employees

Look, I liked working here. I loved the company culture. Right up until I was fired due to my ADHD.

Despite performing exceptionally well, hitting the goals set out for me, providing superior help for the team, I was fired for "not meeting expectations" because I had a couple of days where my focus was not where it should have been and I was honest with my manager. My recommendation: don't be honest with your manager about your disability. They will fire you for it. Illegally, I might add.
