HR Applicants - don’t work here! - Recensione dipendente - Human Resources presso Verra Mobility

The Human Resources department is a disaster. There is constant turnover due to the CPO’s toxic leadership and everyone is too afraid to give honest feedback in fear of retaliation. It’s sad to think that entire teams within HR quit or give notice notice within a year of working here and still the CPO’s leadership skills are not questioned. There is no worklife balance, you are gaslighted, and made to feel insignificant and small. There are some departments that have great leadership but if you are an HR applicant, think twice before working here. Verra Mobility likes to call itself as a tech company but it is not forward thinking at all. It’s 2022 and there isn’t even a diversity and inclusion program. Talent development is not a priority - this should tell you a little bit about the culture. Verra Mobility is only concerned with making money and don’t mind hiring quick talent only to burn and churn them out.
