"Do you know who I am?" One of the many family members working there actually said these words. I mean, who says that? If you aren't family, you don't matter. Almost nobody greeted me on my first day or week or month. My "boss" had zero interest in me. This is a staff augmentation company; don't let them fool you. You'll probably be a government contractor. As someone else said here, you work for the government with none of the benefits of working for the government. Once you're on a contract, there's zero concern for your overall well-being or professional development. No training whatsoever. Then, you have to deal with someone's rude adult child who thinks they know the business. Not only would I never work for them again, but I would also dissuade any business from working with them.

I work with a small group in a WFH situation. Everyone is supportive of each other and of our goals. Versa HR is typically responsive and easy to interact with. Good communication throughout the company. The benefits are very good: all federal holidays,

Been here for 5 years, and in that time, we have only received one cost of living raise. I say we, as I know for a fact that it applies to everyone on our contract. My last three performance reviews have been perfect, according to their standards, but only one of those led to a cost-of-living increase, and that was last year. Yearly bonuses are nice, but raises are needed, especially when we exceed expectations on performance reviews.
