ok pay and benefits were ok when I started 7 years ago I worked with some great people

1) too many chiefs and not enough Indians, they are constantly hiring execs while the people in the trenches are drowning. 2) terribly uneven workloads 3) teamwork lacks effort 4) inter-branch co-operation is poor 5) insurance provider changed and benefits downgraded 6) employee morale is dismal 7) turnover increasing as employees are leaving in droves 8) stress levels are over the top 9) I begged for months to get some help and finally got it 2 months after I resigned 10) customer service suffers because of lack of staff
