We were sad to hear your dissatisfaction from our leadership. Nowadays we understand that our high-speed industry pushes us to adjust. As a company as teams and as individuals - therefore from time to time we need to observe whether our current structure fits our challenges and create better conditions to reach our goals with satisfied employees.
