The culture of the company has been poisoned by a few select people that have created a mentality of just using people and then casting them aside. During my tenure there I witnessed them go through 1 machinist a month. It is a constant revolving door and they have used up the local pool of machinists and are now bring in people from as far away as California & Puerto Rico. Promises are made to get you to settle in thinking that you have a future that are never kept.
