Small, laid back office environment. Funny and fun people. Department leaders understand their employees' work and are sympathetic to possible frustrations. Very few unpleasantly stressful situations.

Svantaggi

Cubicle, few windows, repetitive, sometimes tedious work. Honestly, it's hard to come up with the 20 word minimum of cons.

Good health insurance is the only pro I can think of.

Poor work/life balance. Depressing/moldy pole barn they call an office. The CEO owns the building and rents it back to the company, smh. Not a fun place to work, everyone keeps to themselves. No social or team building events. Lots of silos. Company is stuck in the past and is run like that. Get with the times.
