-training is terrible when it comes to sales- they try to teach people how to sell but they themselves don’t really have any idea how to do it. Prospecting was a joke, and they really struggle to keep clients on board. - lack of access to resources to help with prospecting, selling and closing - management is toxic and unprofessional - people will get yelled out for no reason and you will be expected to keep your mouth shut about it - people get in trouble for not being able to work after hours - zero diversity - everything is done “old school”. There is little change that has been done since recruiting became a thing and vertex is behind - there is no Hr so even if you are being harassed or taken advantage of you don’t have anyone to tell - zero growth opportunities - skills you learn here are useless. You’ll learn more from working elsewhere I promise.
