Very poor planning of management in work allocation. Resource handling can be even much better than this, if maintained by any other professional. 0% work satisfaction, no recognition for any employee even he works for 12-14 hrs per day. Lack of communication between teams managers and leads. Most worst and disgusting leave policy, it counts four leaves if applied on Friday and coming Monday.. (means it counts leaves from friday, saturday, sunday and monday.)
