      They hire more and more directors and nobody to actually do the project work, expecting employees to work 12- 15 hour days and lose PTO. Upper management is non-diverse group of buddies.

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
