I've been with the company for a little over a year; great work/life balance, reasonable timelines, super-nice people, and many folks are there for over 20 years. The CEO of the company is very down-to-earth and extremely likable. Huge inspiration.

Svantaggi

I guess some could argue that with a flat-lattice organization, there can be an adjustment period.
