If you are unlucky enough to be placed into one specific project which company calls it's own product, then you are doomed. There is a pair of so called "TECHY" people who dominates the project, one of them is distant relative of upper management guy so he gets a lot of undue advantage after so much wrong-doing. The upper management doesn't even want to know on ground situation. By any miracle, if you can manage to convey that to upper management the only fake promise you will get is that it will improve soon enough. If you have a lot of time to waste in your career then you are welcome to join. The product/project the "DUO" team runs will dirty politics, dictatorship, poor work culture, bullying, and the funniest thing is that the so-called "DUO" only cares about their betterment over the project's betterment. They will go up to any extent to keep the power and control to themselves only no matter how much the project suffers. WORST PROJECT MANAGEMENT I have ever encountered in my career.
