Great at making money and pushing people out of the company if you don't work like a robot at all times. Unlimited PTO is great - do everything you can to take at least 20 days off annually because you will need it.

Benefits and out of pocket costs are middling given the size and scale of the organization. Has a culture of whoever yells the loudest gets to be right. The general consensus among current employees is that the HR organization is one of the most slow, unreliable, and unaccountable teams in the company. Very cliquey culture where middle management will lie to your face and speak poorly of you behind your back.
