Verve review - Recensione dipendente - Barista presso Verve Coffee Roasters

The training program to be a barista at verve was great. There was required small group and individual milk steaming / coffee making / service training at the headquarters location. I felt prepared for my first barista shift and it helped take the pressure off.

There was not much help from management in trying to balance working while going to school. It was a weekly fight to have my shifts align with my stated availability and I was expected to find my own cover every time.

Verve was awesome, i loved everyone there
