After extending your training period to some undefined period, you get your joining letter. Then they will start searching for some foolish reasons to terminate you or force you to resign. In case you resign you will not get your money back or any certificate. They never think about the employees. Even if you get 1 sec late to the office it will be considered as a half day, means you have to work the whole day and you wont be paid for that in short, no worth for your work. They never provide salary on time. Even if tea is finished before the month end, employees need to wait for next month to get tea in the morning, now you can imagine the standard of company.
