- Lack of clearly defined processes or best practices - HR is very old fashioned: lower pay, minimal pay increase, no paid paternity/maternity leave while execs get treated like royalty - They will give you laptop/computer that are 6 years old, making it impossible to do your job day to day. - the company seems to have a bad rep amongst other employers when applying for new jobs.
