Highly unrealistic goals and no stability. They fired 2/3 of employees (many were long time seasoned employees), and then spread their work amongst the current employees. They then give the remaining work to their people in "Baja" so they can pay them lower wages. Highly oppressive/depressive work environment. They won't allow employees to have a single plant or picture on their desk. Every ounce of joy and individuality was sucked out of this place when they took over. Zero raises/bonuses even when asked to go above and beyond and train new employees that'll ultimately take your job. No Christmas bonus for anyone. We got candy this year, even though we made them millions. Ohhh, and I can't help but mention the not one, but TWO Ducati motorcycles they use for decoration in their San Diego office. No money for bonuses/raises, yet they proudly flaunt their wealth. No morale building activities. Nothing. Managers and supervisors are overworked and forced to micromanage. No one is happy and many are jumping ship. No words of encouragment. They'll just berate and badger until you want to quit. They have zero regard for employee safety and have put in ZERO effort to keep employees safe since Covid hit. They have the capability to let every employee work from home, yet are too untrusting to let us do so. They're now instituting an "open concept", forcing us to sit right next to one another. Construction workers are allowed to enter the building daily. Many walk around without masks. Even when confronted, they refuse to keep them on. Vervent is putting all our lives at risk, yet they just don't care. Think I'm fabricating this information? Ask ANYONE that's unlucky enough to work here. These other positive reviews are fake or forced, of that I am certain!
