Verys is a medium sized developer agency (100+ employees) with several multinational clients including American Airlines, Blizzard, and Bethesda. If you're looking for flexibility in changing tech stacks and learning more about yourself as a developer, this is an excellent place to work. • Access to a lot of different tech stacks and applications at scale. The website I worked on is viewed by over 5 million users a month. • I never changed teams but a few of my coworkers did and said it was easy and often enhanced their work life. • Meetups about new tech and game nights • Relaxed office vibe, no stress to work late hours (other than the occasional deadline like E3) • Unlimited PTO (most people take 3 to 4 weeks off each year) • Decent health benefits • Great community, my team felt like family • Because it's an agency, we occasionally treat clients to fun outings and lunch/dinner. It's really fun.

• It's in Orange County, a little far from the rest of the tech industry in SoCal • Depending on the team you're on, there may be more pressure to work long hours than other teams. Twice this year my team had a "PTO freeze" enacted by the client. • If you're looking to be "all in" with a company and their culture, you may feel a disconnect between Verys' culture and the company you're working for's culture.
