The marketing department at Vestar is a nice place to work. They allow you to be creative and the company as a whole values the work we do.

None that are worth mentioning.

Exposed to a large commercial market.

Lot's of egos, favoritism, good ol boy club, cliques, backstabbing & throwing others under the bus, lots of passing the buck & lack of accountability. Plenty of excuses for bad management and toxic employees.
