*This review is in no shape or form regarding the staff who were all great throughout the hiring process and is a direct review on my experience with corporate decisions out of their control.* Was super excited to work on a team that is lead by a great Sales Manager that they are lucky to have.

The Friday before my soon to be Monday start date, I get a call from a corporate number stating that they are terminating my employment/offer. They didn't even notify the direct hiring team/ manager that I interviewed with beforehand, and RECRUITED me to join the team at the local level. To make matters worse, I get a "Welcome to the team" email following that phone call with nothing in writing stating I was no longer with the company- so for a few days I'm left hoping it was a mistake while trying to get back in touch with HR. A month and a half onboarding process, and after passing a background check, back to square one with no other explanation other than "It was a company decision". I now have to restart my job search from square one after turning down other offers/interviews I was entertaining, without receiving any compensation for their "company decision". If I didn't happen to take that call from an unknown number, I would have showed up to work that Monday and who knows how long I would have worked without them having any idea I had essentially been fired.
