No leadership. Toxic supervisors. Insult worker and dont train to properly help staff. If you ask for help you are brushed aside, but if you make a mistake they rain hell on you and dont even take the time to teach you. Senior management has no idea what is happening because its in silos, not team work,

1. The people you work with! 2. The company culture - everyone is a family and everyone needs to get their part of the job done!Everyone is always trying to help each other! 3. The process! It is a foundry, and you will get to see some really beautiful parts get made!
