Under new management, VetNetwork has become a fantastic place to work. It has been such a relief!!! The atmosphere is very casual and the new management is kind, honest and always helpful if you ever need anything. You can walk into anyone's office and regardless of what they are doing, they will make time for you to answer any questions you may have or go over anything. There are small perks and big perks, such as benefits, solid vacation days and a management that is relaxed that isn't always checking up on you.

Not many, only thing I can think of would be unpaid lunch and the learning curve for everyone that comes with a new management at a company.

Great work/life balance. Never forced to stay late/work weekends. New management keeps a casual working environment. Employees are treated as peers and have a say in the day to day. I enjoy working here.

Still dealing with some overlapping effects of previous management. Parking could be a problem when returning from lunch..
