As someone who has worked at companies of all sizes, it is really rare to have a company where everyone you work with is genuinly nice and caring. Everyone is responsive and helpful whenever you have questions. The culture here is great, it's unlike anything I've had at other jobs. Everyday I'm happy to go into work. For Software Engineering there's a lot of opportunities to learn and a lot of interesting work to do. Managers are supportive of areas you want to work in and learn more about. Leadership genuinely cares about the employees and making sure the culture is positive.
