VMRD has great employees and treats their temp workers well. Many people have enjoyed the working environment they have created.

Difficult sometimes when there is turnover of temp employees and some people brought on by the temp agency are not a right fit.

There is a good work/life balance and the employer has great values. VMRD makes a real impact in the animal health world and it’s great to be a part of that. There are also somewhat flexible start times, which is convenient.

Wages and benefits are not very competitive. There is not a clear pathway for advancement and so you have to wait for someone to leave in order to have an opportunity to move up.
