There are no pros unless you cannot find another job for the week and you are willing to harass people for $6.60 / hr! That is what my one and only pay check came out to 6.60 / hr. The job is advertised as $10.50/hr. The discrepancy comes in when they tell you once you have already completed the hiring paperwork and begin the shoddy training session. Basically here's how it goes *ring ring* 'Hello?' "Hi, this is Desperate Sucker with Better Education on a recorded line. May I speak to Other Desperate Job Seeker?" 'I guess, what's this about' "Better Education is a no cost service that matches people with colleges." 'I dont want to go back to school! I;m in debt and I need a job. How did you get my name!?' "Maybe when you were applying for a job and you said that yu had interested in going back to school?" 'Oh i remember that, I didnt mean to click on that. Take me off your call list, you guys have called me like 20 times!' "Oh i'm very sorry, will doooo" end call. So now once youve hung up youre on this screen where you "disposition the call" meaning you click on whether it was an answering machine or they requested the DNC list. and in between each call you are not getting paid to click on those buttons. You are off the clock. This was not discussed to me ahead of time. No paid breaks and no paid lunch either. To get almost the full 40 hours a week you have to be calling non-stop. Most of the other workers there called around 350 people a day. This is insane and it is harassment. the people are not looking to go back to school. Most of them are looking for manufacturing jobs that just dont exist anymore due to robotics. This is depressing harassment. Some of them people were in their 70-80s lol. Great leads.

Witchy management. All weird women with condescending attitudes. They listen to your calls but dont give you any ways to improve because there arent any ways to improve a broken business model. This entire job including management could be automated by a single software developer. You dummies at the top could be making slightly more money for the next year or two as your business declines. But hey dont do the research, drink your wine, take your blood pressure meds and pass the buckk out. They tell you to do assumptive scripting but the script is no where near assumptive selling as a business practice. They maade every line say " You are a US citizen, right?' 'You do have a computer with reliable internet, RIGHT?' SAYING RIGHT AND YOU DO ISNT ASSUMPTIVE SELLING. READ A BOOK MORONS. OHHYY VEHHYYYA
