Everything in the office is great—the colleagues, teammates, and overall environment. However, there's one thing that feels quite unusual. While working, you suddenly get the feeling that someone is constantly roaming around, just like a school principal inspecting students. This person walks from cubicle to cubicle, checking who is working, who is on their phone, and keeping track of every little detail. And who is this? It’s the COO of the office, Ejaz Ahmed. It was honestly shocking to see a Chief Operating Officer behaving this way in a corporate setting. In addition to that, the Microsoft Office group is filled with messages from him scolding employees, questioning why they are using their phones instead of working, and even warning that he might personally come over to reprimand them. In my two years of corporate experience, I’ve never encountered such a school-like environment. This has been a truly disappointing experience for me.
