In Viadeo, you're working on a professional social network, with 75 million users. It's definitely one of the most appealing products you could find in France. The team is full of highly skilled people, smart and hard working. Working in Paris offices is great: - the place is well situated in the 9th district - the company offers free home-made lunch - Sodas and coffee are free too. - at lunch break, you can have fun with your coworkers in the poker room, table football, video games...

The lack of focus is killing this company: they keep reorganizing the teams and changing the priorities. The top management interferes with every single employee to ask for "urgent" things, regardless what they are interrupting. The lack of communication between teams create a lot of frustrations. Some old products are terrible.

the ambiance is really cool. There are different advantage like the free lunch. The health car is also really good

the package is not interesting at all. The salary are not competitive and it' s easy to find something better.
