Great people to work with

Relatively new so still developing

My initial 2 years at Viagem were good, the company was growing and it provided me a lot of flexibility and room for growth. I thrived in my position and the environment even through the chaos.

The final year in particular was mayhem. The company lacked all managment, paid minimal, expected people to know their jobs without being trained, hired horrible new people with no experience instead of promoting those within. Created a horrible culture and in the meantime lost all their money and had to lay off over half the company. At this point they deliver a terrible product with no integrity. They don't listen to their employees and try to find better more efficient solutions. Its a sinking ship.
