Terrible decision making by senior 'leaders' of the organisation. Inability to retain talent - they would rather someone walk out the door with many years experience - and replace them with an interim who will cost them £100's of thousands more - rather than even entertain the idea of a promotion or job progression. HR department worse than useless - completely held the organisation back from progressing by taking months to do simple tasks like send candidates an offer of employment contract - by which time often the candidate would accept a job elsewhere.
