      Good job to get experience for resume, Small company, some products cool (but a lot cheap made an copycats), Nice working environment

      Employee training you are lucky if you get any so fend for yourself, high turnover an stress, little communication about what is going on, management all over the place, little strategy and planning in place, more rushed an last minute.
