- MSP style requirements - the billing time requirement felt like you had to shorten your lunch break or over estimate time to tick that box. No time for research or testing other solutions, unless you can bill the customer. - Try and be a healthy IT person, go for regular breaks (i.e. stepping away from the screen for a few mins, getting out and eating lunch/walking at lunch) meant couldn't log enough time each day. I know now why many other collegues ate lunch at their desks.
