Viatel's management fallows the rule one employee one manager. Despite initial promises of a vibrant work culture, the company falls short, creating a toxic environment with false assurances. The lack of transparency and follow-through on commitments makes it a place to avoid at all costs unless you are employed as a manager I assume. It fails to provides healthy and supportive working space. Overall, Viatel disappoints on multiple fronts, casting doubt on its credibility and employee well-being.
