I’m sorry to hear you’re unhappy. I know change is hard, but in our case it was necessary. We needed to refocus on our business as a marketplace, so we did – and that change catalyzed our largest-ever growth phase (we’ve doubled TA bookings, and we’re leading TA’s non-hotel revenue growth of 26%). That’s a testament to every person on our team, not least of all our senior leadership. These leaders have long, successful track records in building online travel marketplaces; that’s why they’re here, and along with their teams, they’ve excelled by every measure. I know our San Francisco social team puts a lot of effort into culture (regular pop-ups, events and outings; a great food and beverage program; games/activities areas around the office).
