Great people and the having this kind of experience on your resume is a plus. You often get opportuinites to make impressions on higher management from other teams/divisions.

There aren't too many that stick out which would lead me not to recommend this role.

However, insiders know these announcements involve leaders who have been part of the existing structure for years, which can create a disconnect between external messaging and internal perception. There had also been considerable strategic repositioning while the company was already in the middle of a major transition. Shifting direction during an ongoing transformation has only created more uncertainty internally, and employees appear hesitant to speak openly about concerns. Overall morale appears low.
