      The product sells itself. Great development and customer success teams that seriously focus on the product and customer satisfaction. Most employees are personable, professional, friendly, and honest.

      The JV management team is over their skis. Knee-jerk reactions and changes are made hastily as if this were a F100 company with tried and true business strategies. Feels like a family-run business and the CEO is too involved in every facet of it.
