Leadership is completely blind to the fact (or they don't care) that nearly everyone other than themselves is miserable and disenfranchised. Difficult to work in the environment because everyone has been beaten down, made to feel worthless and incompetent. Leadership give no clear direction and works only to ensure they will not have to accept any responsibility for something that goes wrong and work to ensure they are first in line to take any credit. At this point any efforts to gather honest feedback from employee's is futile as there is such fear flowing through the organization few feel comfortable giving honest feedback - even alleged anonymous feedback..
